Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at [your email] or through your account.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be in fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
